    those Drouin, Palat, and Johnson deals are off by a lot IMO - especially Palat/Johnson since you are buying out all their UFA years from this point on

    Agree with Palat and Johnson ($5+ milion seems likely), but the Drouin contract doesn't seem completely out of line. Especially since he doesn't appear to be arbitration eligible, he doesn't have very much leverage.

    Drouin, gets a bridge deal of about $4mil at most. He needs to prove himself after the fiasco last year.

    Johnson and Palat will get about the same money and that will be at least $5mill +. Not sure what term they would want though.

    I get what you guys are saying, but that is all water under the bridge by now. I could see Drouin getting 4 years at like 4 mil or 4.3. Palat/Johnson probably want long term deals like Killorn if i had to guess and if they did they might take less, but they are taking less than him especially when they are both better. I could see 5 years at $5-5.5M for each
