In terms of offensive ability, Bjugstad is about on par with Berglund; 22 assists is his current high water mark for a season... I don't think he's the playmaking 1C we're looking for. He's a great player, but we have plenty of 2C/3C guys like Berglund, Barbashev, possibly Sanford, soon-to-be Thompson, and unfortunately Lehtera. No dice. Plus, I think the rumors about Lehtera to Ottawa were pulled out of someone's behind, because there are a hundred better options out there.

Bjugstad has been really bad this year and since his 1 good year he's had in his career, has been injured often and they've been bad injuries to boot. He is as far from a number 1 center as there is right now. He could be had for way cheaper if Florida was actively trying to trade him.
