No, fits none of the sharks needs. They want a center or right defense prospect and picks. Greenway to me doesn’t have that much value plus he and Fiala are pending RFAs they would have to try and resign.

Send over Marat K and a pick and that would be great.

Trading Hertl heavily implies the Sharks have either completely given up on contenting or are still “retooling”. So it would have to be futures for Hertl rather than what’s here, sorry.

If Guerin did this with a plan to extend Hertl with term, I’m all in with this! But, if Hertl is only going to be a rental bandaid, this is a panic move that will only hurt the team in the long run!!!

The team you have assembled here is no more likely to challenge for the Cup than the current roster even when healthy.

Yeah I agree this team is about par with the current roster, but i think once Ek returns it is a slightly improved team. I don't love moving Fiala for a rental either so i guess I'm hoping Wild could re-sign Hertl, but easier said then done.
