Nemec and Jiricek both play for their country's best league respectively. They are both RD who are 2 way type defenseman. Jiricek is 6"3 and he has both lethal wristshots and slapshots. His slapshot reminds me of Weber. He is pretty good defensively as well. Nemec is more offensive but he isn't shabby defensively. He is only 6"0 right now though. I think Nemec will go higher because of his offense. Jiricek might go a bit later. The thing is there is no type of defenseman in next years draft like nemec and jiricek. Also we don't really need Wright. So we can get Bedard / Michkov next year. And to improve our biggest hole in terms of prospects which is RD. Think of this for the future :

Romanov - Nemec
Guhle - Mailloux
Norlinder - Harris / Struble / trudeau
