Miller isn't needed. And Dermott is just as good as Braun. If you want Braun make him a depth pickup

People just keep not looking at our cap situation and yes, nobody wants that Ritchie contract. Leafs will have to buy him out.

not that VAN accepts this offer but the main reason I would say Miller would be nice (not needed but a very good luxury) is because of what happened last year with JT. If one of our top 2 centers goes down you can slot miller in as the 2C seamlessly and still be very confident in your F group.

That said, the price is probably going to be high enough that it's too expensive of a luxury

Add a 1st coming back to the pens and ZAR & DeSmith going the other way instead of the 4th and you probably are closer.
