Giroux is probably heading to Colorado, And from reports out of Dallas. john Klingberg wants to be traded to a team that will extend him for the money he wants he wants the 8th year similar to the Seth Jones trade. He's seeking anywhere from 8 x $8,000,000 to 8 x $9,000,000 and sorry Toronto isn't that team.

I have no interest in Klingberg at all. He's not what the Leafs need IMO. Pass there.

The Flyers could likely do better in a CG trade without having to take on a bad salary in return. Especially with a retention. Those two guys are probably served better in separate deals. I don't see Giroux as a Leafs target to be honest.
