Roy. Is. Not. For. Sale. Write it on your blackboard 100 times. Roy. Is. Not. For. Sale.
Especially not for Toronto's "I'm gonna push the goalie out of the way" junk.
If he's going to be moved tomorrow, this summer or next trade deadline - he has the most value with term left on his deal. Everywhere I've seen, he "might be gone" next year.

If "everywhere I've seen" is Toronto websites and Toronto ACGMs here on CapFriendly, I understand and humbly suggest you broaden your horizons past your hometown team. When sorted by LA Kings, only 4 of the ACGMs last made for Kings teams (out of 25!) have a trade of Roy.
Kings fans everywhere else will tell you the same thing: Regardless of value, there is no player the Kings have in their system that can replace Roy and the minutes he plays. That will be the case until Brock Faber is ready for NHL minutes (likely after 2 years), because Brock is the only "defensive defenseman" the Kings have in the pipeline on the right side.
Walker is the NHL-level defenseman that "might be gone next year" because of similar style prospects/emergence of Durzi at the NHL level. Clarke, Grans, and Spence are all similar style players as Walker, each of whom are at various levels in their development.
Kings and Arizona don't do that deal. Yea, the Leafs get better having Miller over Kerfoot. But Kerfoot has been good, and the Leafs certainly give up a lot futures.
