Niemela or Amirov will need to be included in any deal involving Hagel, swap them out with Robertson.

Amirov/Robertson/Knies + 1st for Hagel
2nd for Deaan 1/2 retained

Mikheyev and Holl have no value to a rebuilding hawks team

Deal would probably look like this:
Amirov+2022 1st+2023 2nd

for

Dehaan (50% retained) + Hagel

I should mention my belief remains that Hagel will be on the Blackhawks in 2023 and beyond
