Description
Schenn and Lyubushkin provide some capable physical D on the back end to help us for the playoffs, Motte gives us some Hyman-esque energy on the 4th line, and Kessel gives us speed, secondary scoring, and proven playoff success for a (reportedly) cheap price. These trades would solidify our back end while giving us one of the best forward depths in the NHL, all while keeping the price cheap. Liljegren and Dermott would slot in and out of the lineup depending on matchups and injuries.

Arizona wants more for taking on two cap dumps. Even if you consider Holl and Ritchie to not have negative value still doubt that’s enough to get kessel.

Not sure how Schenn and Lubushin improves the back end when Holl has to be traded. What's special about Motte over Engvall?

Apparently Arizona's price for Kessel @50% is a 3rd round pick, and no one's bit yet.

They're both better and can also hit. Motte is more high energy and more importantly has a higher hockey IQ.

Well might say they are better. But sure they can hit, is that good? Seems to me that means they don't have the puck enough. Motte more energy? Does that mean better, certainly his stats this year doesn't show it.
