Usually, I would say "Habs won't take a cap dump for free." But now, there is no such thing as a cap dump in Montreal.

That wouldnt be enough to entice the habs to take on scandella. There still 6.5 million in cap owing after this season. A B-C tier prospect isnt worth that especially in the current cap climate

Army is not paying a 2nd to move Scandella, and Montreal would not take him back anyway. The Philly trade is an absolute no way - why would be giving all that away for a so-so rental we do not need? The Chych trade is too rich for my blood, others will disagree.

Seriously, when have ever seen Army desperately give away the farm in his dealings like this?

Why is everyone so enamored with Chych. He is minus almost 30. I get that he is on a terrible team. He has only had one decent season. I see him as more of an offensive Dman.
