        1 and a half years of Kane? i dont know.. like i know he's a franchise player and you gotta pay, but he's getting on with age and prospects like Holloway or gonna be detrimental when you're super close to the cap. Bourgault makes more sense since Holloway is close to making his NHL debut soon enough.

        Kubalik would get a 2nd + C level prospect his qualifying offer is going to essentially make him a rental to any team wanting to acquire him.
