Nylander is gone next season, the Leafs need Tortorella behind the bench, and in terms of a GM, someone who isn't afraid of physicality and playoff hockey. Dubas and Keefe care about regular season success and individual accomplishments, someone like Daryl Sutter cares about working as a team and playing a playoff style game, where there is physicality
