Not sure what you mean by “man handled”.
Simmonds fought Maroon
Clifford tossed Perry around and then bonked him on the head with his stick.
I understand Nylander can be streaky at times, but they need him in the lineup with home ice on the line.

Simmonds and Clifford did good, they played their roles. Nylander on the other hand, watch this video

He was very passive in that clip. I think Keefe should show him that clip and say “ this is unacceptable”.
However, I just can’t see him getting benched....
Especially with Matthews out.

Who cares what he does in that moment. He isn't a fighter and doesn't need to be. I play hockey, Hagel running around trying to draw JT into a fight is just silly. It proves nothing, accomplished nothing. Wanting Nylander to jump in and do the same nonsense is just foolish.

All he needed to do was help out his team by pulling on a players collar to get him as far away from the scrum. He stood there and watched while the Leafs were getting outnumbered
