Description
Not including DeBrincat because I don't think there's a chance in hell he actually gets moved.
Trades

OTT
  1. Fiala, Kevin [RFA Rights]
Additional Details:
The highest upside of the bunch, will also cost the most to acquire, and has a major payday upcoming. My opinion the single best player fit of these, would be absolutely electric with Tim Stützle and Drake Batherson.
MIN
2.
OTT
  1. Konecny, Travis
Additional Details:
Skilled player who plays a very Sens brand of hockey. Likes to get under the skin and agitate. A great RW for Stützle with Ottawa prefers keeping Batherson with 7 and 9. Has ties to Ottawa as a 67 legend, which is always a bonus.
PHI
3.
OTT
  1. Boeser, Brock [RFA Rights]
Additional Details:
I think he probably gets a lot more shit than is probably fair. I think he's a really good player, and could easily find that next level with Stützle. Injuries are a concern, and him being due a big extension isn't ideal.
VAN
4.
OTT
  1. Garland, Conor
Additional Details:
Think got less upside than the others, but I really like his game, and his contract value is hard to beat. Would be a solid top 6 option for Ottawa.
VAN
5.
OTT
  1. Schmaltz, Nick
Additional Details:
Probably the one I'd be most iffy on. Has had an up and down career, but when he's firing on all cylinders he's a damn good player. His inflated shooting % this season is cause for concern, but he's got a solid contract, and experience as a C which would be really helpful for Stützle.

Konecny and Garland are my favs of this bunch, but perhaps Keller in ARI would be an option, particularly over Fiala. I'd flip the 1st rounder this year and maybe even package in White/Zaitsev + additional picks and prospects for the dude, he was on fire in Arizona of all places, imagine him next to Stu

Garland or Konecny as well for me are the best options. I would go nowhere near Fiala he is going to get way overpaid in a long-term deal this summer and Sens should keep that cap space for Stu, Norris, Formenton, Joseph, plus other prospects that are gonna need 2nd contracts in 3-5 years.

I don't think you can get Keller out of Arizona right now, and I wouldn't mind Boser for his style of play with Stu, but the injuries and the $$ he is going to want kinda scare me away as well I would rather move forward with Batherson playing the RW with Stuzle and moving someone else on the RW with Norris and Thachuck.

Just moving someone up on the RW isn't good enough. I don't like Connor Brown with Tkachuk and Norris when they've done it, and while Joz played fantastically in that role, that was a tiny sampling and not even close to enough to justify standing pat. They can't do nothing and expect to be closer to the playoffs.

Boeser is a good player, I just wonder if he's a fit in Vancouver with the style they want to play. And their current cap structure makes it difficult to risk the 7.5 million dollar QA. I do think he'd be a good fit in Ottawa, a team looking to take the next step up from the rebuild and with the cap space to take that risk.

The Sens have a good young player with the potential to fill a need for Van in Zack Ostapchuk. Ostapchuk and Ottawa's 2nd pick would do it, in my books. Then the Canucks can use the cap space to sign a winger who is a better fit with Horvat, like Strome or Domi.

unlikely that he is available but worth kicking tires on Ehlers
