Description
Hawks Defense is strong here.
They improve center depth. Anisimov doesn't have to take faceoffs anymore. (There you go Nick)
The Toews line is once again a true power forward line. I believe they would be very good together.
The Duchene line would be deadly scoring wise. Maybe even similar to the PAK line is DeBrincat can translate his game at all. (It will help playing with those two.)
They lose some scoring with the exits of Hartman and Panarin but the top 2 lines are arguably better overall. They get the second pairing puck moving LHD they need. Tehy get younger and faster on D too.

The Hawks need to sign a 3rd line LW in my opinion in this situation. They have a little over $1M to do so if they ran with a 22 man roster for the season. Which they have done before.

*Bonuses have finally been added to the "other" category so we don't have to add them everytime*

I don't think you get a top4 D with Hartman. Maybe if he continues to score the way he has. He would have to score 25+ a year in my opinion to get a top4 d

1 out of 5 stars. Harsh.
To be honest Theodore is not yet a top 4 D. He has yet to even play 35 games in a season. This is two 2013 first round draft picks. Both essentially rookies. One with 84 games played and nearly a 20 goal season. Another with 53 games played and decent play. They are similarly talented players with nearly the same experience. Anahiem has TONS of defenseman in their system. I'm not sure how this trade isn't at least plausible?
