Description
I love Backy but if he feels like he can't be a top 6 center anymore he needs to retire to help his team out.

If Trocheck was signing that, Carolina would already have him extended. Add two years and about 1.5 mil to get into his rumored asking range [Lebrun]. Someone will pay it.

Washington like Pittsburgh is trending down, Oh they'll make the playoffs but never get out of the 1st round.

Vincent Trocheck gets closer to $7,000,000 x 6-7 years rather easily.

And no reason for Filip Forsberg to sign with the Caps, he'll probably be looking for a much younger team to sign with. Not one whose window is closing fast.

Nah they're still really good. Just need to get younger. This team is great. It will be harder if Backy sticks around with a bad hip though.

Depends who is offering what to him. Caps might be the best situation for him. Plus a big pull to play with Ovi when he beats the record.
