I have no idea. I'm not a GM. But it's effectively Sandin, a 1st, and Kerfoot (who's worth at least a 2nd) in exchange for 2 years of retained Wilson and a third. Maybe drop the third coming from Washington but isn't that the standard for these kind of trades? Obviously it assumes a rebuild from Washington.

Add Matthew’s and marner to the trade then maybe the caps say yes. Wilson is worth way more than this.
