Muzzin has a NTC...no trade contract . He is NOT willing to be traded to a poor team and leave a good team...the Leafs. He is not willing in all likelihood to move to geographical location away from his "home" in Toronto. I can't think of any team even if no NTC that would trade for him cause he sure looks like he isn't worth his contract.
Sorry, trading Muzzin to ANY in has virtually no chance of happening. His cap remains a Leaf. It isn't really hard to understand.

If I were to trade him....as I Leaf fan....I would just "gift" him to a team 5.6m could be spend better. But Muzzin and 31GMs don't want to fulfill my desire (or the Leafs)
