Many things wrong about this. Dumba isn't waiving for Buffalo or signing in Buffalo.
Guerin has to change his mind about not trading dumba.
Minnesota doesn't need an LD prospect. We have a million of those along with stacked ld player. Minnesota doesn't need a backup G , that will not have playtime in NHL because of Jesper wallstedt.

So with all these said, Minnesota declines. Fiala gets better than late 1st and Casey Middlestat. Lawrence is a throw in

If Dumba was willing to wave then I could see a deal built around Middlestadt, Oloffson and all 3 firsts. The righty d prospects in Buffalo aren’t that appealing. I like Casey Fitzgerald but still.
