    Probably close to fair value, but I'm not taking that deal. Faulk is a 'face of the franchise' guy and under a very good contract for the next 3 years.

    Never stop swinging for those fences. However Franson for 3 years, not to mention the amount is a swing to far. He shouldn't be near the show.

    Haven't seen much of Fransen, but CAR needs a vet RHD to pair with Fleury on the bottom pair. Maybe 2y, $2.5m per is fair?

    Interesting. Just thought I'd ask, because I figured if they were going to move a defender for a really good forward they would choose him instead of one of the young guys like Slavin/Pesce/Hanifin
