What makes Jay O'Brien a "non NHLer"? I'm not a Philly fan and haven't watched a ton of him, but from what I've seen and read about him he seems to have more promise than you give him credit for.

He Might Break Through But he just had another Injury and I don't see him being signed by the flyers

Seems about right. I think I'd move Forester down a tier and maybe Tippett/Desnoyers up one but I generally agree

I'm really High On Forester. I think If he didn't get injured he would've been playing with the phantoms already and been On his way Up to the Flyers.
I like Tippett But to me, he's just a slightly Better Wade Allison. I think there is definitely an argument For Desnoyer being moved up.
