With the rumors coming out of pittsburgh that they only offered him 3x5 caps wouldn't even have to give him this. Just offer some crazy long term like 6x6 to get the hit down, back half of the contract doesn't matter since they will suck then anyways

I really hope the caps sign Mikheyev I feel like he is a great piece for them and has exactly what they need to still be competitive
