A tempting and fair value offer for Jordan Spence, but our rebuild is essentially complete so I don't think that we'll be trading a kid who looks like he's a certain NHLer for futures. Spence for Guhle has some appeal, though.

There absolutely no chance that Guhle is involved in any traded. Guhle is a futur top pairing defenseman with elite defensive skill. He will not be a norris candidate because he won’t put up 70 points a season but he will get 30-40 points a season. And he as leadership in is DNA, people are super hype anout Slafkovsky but our best prospect is still Guhle.

You have every reason to be optimistic about Guhle, but remember that Erik Brannstrom was once regarded that highly, too. Spence and Guhle both recorded 40 points their last season in juniors (although Spence did so in fewer games, but I consider the WHL a better circuit than the Q for defensemen) and Spence, being a year older, has a very promising and highly productive AHL season under his belt. Now I'm not saying that this is a likely exchange, or that Montreal should consider making it, but what I am saying is that Spence for picks (or Norlinder, for that matter) ain't happening.

But i love Spence, he will have a shot in the Nhl for sure. King will probably have to decided who they kept since they have a stacked right side. Montreal have a stacked left side. Harris have some potential, he have tremendous skating abilities, very solid transition game and have a solid defensive game. Xhekaj is not a name that a lot of people talk about but he is a monster who have good speed, he is a punisher and can chip in offensively as well. There also Struble who is probably a close comparable to what Romanov was. And finally the one the could be the perfect fit for LA, Lane Hutson who is a Jordan Spence but play left side. Those are the option that could be involved in a trade in my opinion. I am a big fan of Xehkaj, i hope they won’t trade him away.

Norlinder is a piece of trash! I don’t understand why my fellow companions continue to included him in traded to acquire valuable pieces. I valued more Trudeau who is probably the 6th best LHD prospect. And i agree on Spence who i think have some elite offensive potential, but the only concern i have with him is defensive upside. Guhle is probably the best defenseman already in Montreal, defensively he doesn’t make much mistake, he always in the right spot, he limit offensive zone entry, always in passing lane and he is physical in a very effective mather. There is no doubt in my mind that he will have a tremendous career but he won’t put high offensive number since he doesn’t have that elite offensive IQ that S’ence have.
