    trading for Leason and then putting him on waivers is... bold. POJ likely isn't making DC anyway, even if he deserves to, so the Caps decline this.

    Ty Smith starts in WBS unless he is considerably better than POJ. Friedman should clear waivers. Even if he doesn't it's not a big deal. I really hate that Archibald signing. I hope DOC makes him look stupid and gets that 12th spot.
