Gallant wants NYR to be a hard hitting defensive team, where does Kane fit in... in that picture?

Next question, did Panarin and Kane win the cup playing together in CHI?
If that is a no to you... then why should they do it now... when age is starting to decline their game?

More likely to go after Lafferty than Kane (if Gallant is still the coach)

COL isn’t trading a roster player especially one as versatile and valuable for an aging guy. Doesn’t make sense.

2 players can win some games but I'm pretty sure Edmonton has proven that no, 2 players cannot win a cup.

And kane's game hasn't shown any signs of slowing yet. Yeah he's off to a slow start but he's still almost a point per game and he's not gonna shoot 4% all season.

Hawks don't consider that trade anyway. Compher is of little interest. Up the 2nd to a 1st.
