Absolute yes to the first 3. Petry has been really solid this year - but if you can get a good deal to dump his cap hit then maybe. Definite no on Pettersson

Carter is pretty much unmovable. Can't be bought out, can't be sent down, nobody would want him, Carter will not accept a trade to any team that happens to have cap space. This is pound for pound the worst contract in the NHL now.
