Description

Tuch is a massive massive loss, honestly just don't know who will fill in on the top line? No one on the team provides what Tuch does outside of maybe Cozens, but you're not moving him from 2C.
Also saw a report that Jensen would only cost the sabres one of their seconds, or maybe even a 3rd? Seems wrong but would love to bring him in, especially if we can resign him

If I’m GMBM, I’m asking for a first for Jensen. I think he brings that in especially if there is a bidding war, but I’m also more than happy with a second and a decent prospect.

It remains to be seen tomorrow but Granato will likely just go with the usual generic response of "lower body injury" and probably only qualify it that it will be "weeks" rather than "days". We'll be left to guess what that means but some of the rumors from footage suggest Tuch blocked a shot with his skate in Florida and may have broken his foot, meaning it could be 4-6 weeks possibly.

Tuch experienced soreness in his lower body. He is able to skate. The Sabres placed Tuch on the injured reserve list as a day-by-day basis.

If Tuch recovers quickly, he should be back within one to two weeks.
