If you're giving miller 3.5 then there needs to be more term involved.
Those are just RFA years. Chytil is getting 4 million with 2 RFA years.

If we can do that over 3 years, then great. Not sure how he'll be priced out.

Prior to yesterday, many thought Chytil could get closer to $5M per year.
