While I like Mangiapane, I don't know if Adams would do this trade. Krebs was part of his want in the Eichel trade and don't know if he would move on yet. Plus Krebs has a little Nastiness to him. Wow this is a tough one.

I certainly understand Krebs' value , so I understand this might not be the ideal price, if he's available at all. This was just my first crack at keeping most of this team together and staying under the cap. Both teams expect to make he playoffs next year and hopefully take steps forward, which is why it is a hockey trade, not just a salary dump.

Easy pass from Buffalo. No interest in Breadeater. Hes basically Victor Olofsson 2.0. Krebs is too valuable to management and with more ice time will be a 40-50 point guy. The Philly 2nd is going to net a very good prospect, so I think we hold onto it

Looking at the lines over the past month:
Skinner-Mittelstadt-Tuch
Thompson-Cozens-Greenway
Peterka-Jost-Quinn
Girgensons-Krebs-Okposo
Where does Mangiapane play? Maybe take Greenway's spot, but Buffalo already gave up a 2nd for him so that is unlikely.
I may be super optimistic but Quinn's and Peterka's first season 74-14-23-37 and 76-12-20-32 resemble Cozens' first full season 79-13-25-38.
I would never presume that they will duplicate Cozens past season 80-31-36-67, but they could certianly approach and even exceed Mangiapane's 82-17-26-43
It makes no sence for Buffalo to trade Krebs and the 39th OA from this year's draft.

Mang would definitely be an Upgrade and much Better 2RW than Olofsson, Quinn or Peterka and I’d love to bring Krebs Home and we do have Replacement depth available to replace Mang, but at the same time, the guys the Perfect Winger

This is a Tough one 🤔 I’d have them take a Rooney back with Mang, since they need a 4C anyways
