Those are definitely different. A+ for originality. From a non Ranger fan point of view, wouldn’t moving Panarin mean wanting to kick start Kakko and Lafrienere especially Laf, why then turn around and add Nylander? As an Avs fan Girard for Trochek is interesting but the age and extra salary difference probably makes it a no but I do think it is something to think about. I do think moving Panarin stalls out the offense some though because he is a rare quantity of a play driving winger.

Great feedback(don’t get that often on here). The only way COL says yes is with Landy out for the season and the potential loss/uncertainty of Nichushkin situation.

That is the kind of move the Avs should consider IF Trocheck has had a change of heart about the idea of moving out west. Age, cap hit and term all make Girard more valuable though imo.

Landy is out for the season and Nichushkin supposedly was going to play in the next round if they advanced. I do think they use the Landy money on a top 6 guy but only in a 1 year basis. Thanks for the kind words.
