I would be putting taveres 2nd line Center and Schultz on 2nd line winger

I think Tavares moves to the wing full time next year (save for PP and other specific opportunities). He'll be utilized in much more of a power forward/net front role instead. His skating which already wasn't great has started to really go downhill, I don't know if he should be trusted with center responsibilities next year. He should still be really effective and around a P/GP

Blues already have 2 goalies for next year. We are not adding Murray and his 4 mil cap hit on top of that

If you had third grade reading comprehension you can see "Yotes retain 50% on Murray" and letting Murray take a load off of Binner is a lot better than Lindgren. Lindgren's full cap hit can be buried as well. You're basically paying an extra $1M to have a competant backup who can give positive results.

Well if you knew anything about the Blues, you’d know the backup or 1B for next year is Hofer. Who is our top prospect in net and played well in his cameo this year. So, we don’t really care if Murray was free, we still don’t want him.
