I don't see the Bruins paying that much for Scheifle. He is a good player, with his flaws, but based off of the Horvat trade (yes I know he's better than Horvat) that is a pretty big overpayment.

I think the offer would be Frederic, Lysell or Lohrei and a 1st. That is without an extension in place.

That is not remotely close for Pesce. This is like Carolina offering Chatfield, a 5th and Ryan Suzuki for Josh Morrissey. It's comical. There's nothing really that would interest the Canes for Pesce anyway
