Adam Fox forces his way to NYR by finishing Harvard and telling the jets to F*** themselves as he did to Calgary and Carolina so that would have been a wasted pick. And got to love these with hindsight I'm smarter than Chevy posts. Besides being 24+ million over.🙄

Every single team could do this. No one drafts perfectly.

Meh, still think they drafted the right guy in 2016 but they're just too poorly run of an organization to do what they needed to, Wheeler's ego was too important at the time I guess.. 🙄

One of their biggest issues has been missing on sooo many later round picks, other then Copp and Hellebuyck they haven't found much after the 1st round and goalies are often drafted in later rounds anyway.

Do think some of the guys they drafted might of turned into something had the Jets not botched their development so badly.

Samberg looks to be the Jets first 2nd round pick that's gonna amount to something, for a team that gets so much credit for their 'drafting and developing' its funny that it took six drafts and 11 years after moving for a 2nd rounder to pan out.. lol... The jury is still out on whether he'll be more then a 3rd pair dman but Samberg does look to have the capability of being a serviceable 2nd pair guy at least.

Their drafting of late looks better, some hype around Salomonsson so hopefully he turns into a legit top 4 guy, just don't stunt his development or block his path to a role with Anthony Bitetto types or acquire a Nate Schmidt when you have a stable full of D prospects.
