I think 1.5-2 million is about what Kane gets mid-season, especially if he signs with a contender

Why am I seeing Vaak trades? He is a struggling dman on a bad team, unless its Jack Johnson, I doubt it will mean he'll be good here.

He's young, smooth skating, and defensively minded. Assuming he can stay healthy through a season he can develop into a decent bottom 4 D-man.

He looked uncomfortable when healthy as a bottom pair D on ANA. Gotta agree with meetmakar, I really don’t see why a cup contender would think he could be a #6 right now

That said, we have no reason to move him. We’re thin at LD after Fowler. A 6th is not enticing enough to move any young body that plays LD for us right now
