My thoughts: Anderson on line 1 didn't work in preseason, Gally on pk1 is setup for disaster, Guhle should get some pp2 time, how is Pearson on pk1 as a scratch?.
Imo, I'd switch Andy and RHP on reg lineup, pp2 as;
Andy-Newhook-Slaf
Xhekaj-Guhle
pk1;
Suzuki-Dach
Guhle-Savard
pk2;
Evans-Newhook
Harris-Matheson
End goal is getting rid of Savard to roll the young guys. Harris and Guhle deserve time, as do Xhekaj and others. Matheson is really valuable everywhere as a mentor and role model as well as a great D1 option. I'm not actively looking to sell him without overpay. Savard's role can easily be filled by Matheson and the young guys.
So I'd give Harris, Guhle, Slaf, Newhook more priority than their stats deserve to develop them.
If Newhook is the same project as Dach, give him similar opportunities. Dach got special teams and 1st Line in his 1st year and shone.
Low trade chance/least priority(imo):
Dvorak
Anderson
Allen
Gallagher
Highest trade value candidates(imo):

High priority:
Guhle
Slaf
Newhook
Harris(prove it year)
Xhekaj
Barron
Ylonen
Primeau
Locks:
Suzuki
Caufield
Dach
Matheson
RHP
The Void:
Armia
Wideman(keep him in the locker room but off the ice)
Lindstrom
