Anaheim says no to Campbell and also very likely 1.4 million retention

Remove the picks coming back our way and take out Saros if we are taking on that brutal Campbell contract. That package covers the cost to take him on

If you aren't retaining on Campbell you'll need to add more 1sts.

With 2 years remaining on Cal Petersen a $5M, the Kings had to take on $2M retained for 2 years, add 2nd rounder, Helge Grans (former Second rounder), and Sean Walker. So basically if you are trading $3M of a bad contract, you need to send a 2nd for each year. Up that to a full $5M, expect to give up a first or equivalent value for each year of Campbell (4).

This isnt on the goalies. Their defensive structure is a mess and they have 'defense' like Ceci, Nurse, Bouchard that are utter catastrophes in their own end.

I said this before the season starting that trading Bouchard at his highest value in a cap crunch was the reasonable choice, and of course, got laughed at by the homers, that couldnt manage a limonade stand with their Cope and Bias

Not a single team accepts you barely paid to take Campbell in each trade he costs multiple 1sts and equivalents to dump lol
