Description
Columbus have some depth up front and on the defense but are pretty thin at goaltending pipeline. Mtl isn’t that deep also at the position but with Fowler and Volohkin they would be confortable trading Dobes. Ohio people must know Dobes, big athletic goalie, good with is stick. Have been a work horse for Ohio and definitely was their best player in those 2 seasons.
Kent Johnson is a offensive force and will have a tough time cracking columbus top 6.

Yikes.

Johnson can return more than that. Just because the guy is having a sophomore slump doesn’t mean you have to ship him off, let him add some weight and gain some confidence in the A if that doesn’t work then maybe look to move him for a top 6 in the off-season

The purpose of moving Johnson is to strengthen a position of need. Trading Johnson for another top 6 is completely useless. Adding a number one ceiling goaltender is a pretty good return adding to a first round pick. I’m glad you didn’t like it

Struggling ahaha season is not even 10 games old and he is a bust. Same bull**** again and again. And maybe that will be the case for Slafkowsky didn’t like the pick back then and still don’t like it.
