More than you'd be willing to pay I think based on your mock up. Tuch is a stud on a great deal. Not sure the Avs have the assets for this type of trade unless Buffalo was interested in multiple 30OA first round picks

Despite how often he's injured, I wouldn't trade him for anything outside of a 1st and good prospect.

It could all be a coincidence but, Thompson and Skinner started producing as soon as he showed up (people can say it was Eichel leaving that made the change but, he was injured for a while before that and they didn't produce like they do now)
I'd want to keep the guy that might be the catalyst to my players breaking out of funks and producing well, also he's a Buffalo kid low key invalueable
