AZ has no desire to trade roster players for any of those pieces except sillinger. and AZ is not trading guenther that is a non starter.

I truly don't understand how trading all the younger players for draft picks and older players somehow fixes this team.

None of these trades benefit Columbus.

Laine makes far too much money to be what he is - an inconsistent one dimensional player. Maybe you can say similar things about Zegras but at least he's young enough to think he can round out the warts on his game. And he's not doing it on a jacked contract.

Merzlikins for Gibson is just a straight up joke. Elvis won't admit he's a backup goal tender and Columbus made the mistake of paying him like a very good starter. None of that will ever be Anaheim's problem to deal with.
