I think they both decline but I would love to get Drury or Ponomarev from Carolina....EDM doesn't seem to want to give up McCleod or anything really of value for Guentzel so I think we need to look elsewhere. If we were closer to the hunt then maybe Foegele would make sense but he's a UFA and I've given up on this year so Foegele doesn't do anything for us imo. I'd love to take a swing at Kaliyev too. I like the players you're targeting but I can't see EDM or CAR accepting...Maybe CAR idk. What if we did that for Ponomarev would you CAR fans accept that offer?
