In case you didn't know Matt Duchene was traded to the Senators. The Avalanche received Vladislav Kamenev, Samuel Girard, Shane Bowers, Andrew Hammond, 2018 1st round pick (OTT), 2018 2nd round pick (NSH), 2019 3rd round pick (OTT). If the 1st round pick falls in the top 10, Colorado receives Ottawa's 2019 1st round pick without protections. Kyle Turris was traded to Colorado as well, and was then flipped to Nashville. Turris then signed a 6 year $36 million contract with the Predators ($6 million AAV).
