You're out of your mind if you seriously think a team would pay all of that for Marner even if there was an extension in place. He has not lived up to his contract, which is why you all want him gone now. Why would a team then pay assets to get him, and pay him the same contract for the next 8 years of his career. Nashville has a need for Marner, but he's not worth that price tag. We'll wait till he hits free agency after the Maples Leafs fail to trade him because they're trying to hard to get the perfect return. Look at the Eichel trade and start there.
