Skip the Marner trade. It’s just not happening. Not paying that price for him. His cap is too high. Marner has a NMC. Pick whichever reason you (as a Leafs fan) need in order to let it sink in that Minnesota doesn’t need Marner.

Stop trading Marner to Minnesota! Not understanding that Cap is a reason or wild need to resign Kaprizov and Fabee trade is not logical! Wild fans don’t want Marner and our Gm is paying nor taking on that Can! Marner isn’t worth three 1st either

Foligno has full NMC and you can’t just dump him

Why do so many Toronto guys keep trying to shoehorn Mitch Marner and his $10.9 million cap hit into cap-stressed rosters like Minnesota ($14.75 million dead cap next season) or Los Angeles ($20.9 million to re-sign Quinton Byfield and fill both goalie positions and eight other roster slots)? The proof is in this ACGM -- an unworkable 20-man roster and already over the cap. That's because the proposed trade in this ACGM adds about $6.2 million to Minnesota's already serious cap problem and create an almost hopeless inability to re-sign both Marner and Brock Faber in 2025. Please go play pretend-Marner-is-going-somewhere with teams like Utah and Chicago and Nashville and Columbus.

I think I speak for all Preds fans, when I say we've already suffered through way more than our fair share of Marner proposals, thanks.
