Not sure what the point in trading for another center is when the sabres have matthew Savoie, who should be a full time NHLer next year.

Brunette and Trotz like Lauzon.
Nashville paid a 2nd for Lauzon and he has only improved as a player and his contract is quite reasonable even if he were to be demoted to 3rd pairing duties.
Nashville isnt going to trade him at a loss

Savoie will more likely play wing in the NHL, and even if he can play center, having another good young winger never hurts

Wouldn't do that as Minnesota. Would rather keep Rossi with his potential and what he did last year.

Would take a pretty big dropper on draft day to make me do it.
