gonna take alot more to than that to get him. Dubinksy isnt great, milano is a good prospect, but the 2018 first round pick would be in the 20's

Sabres would like it better if they didn't have to take that cap dump of Dublinsky. Still a bad deal for Sabres regardless.

I understand why people are saying it would cost more...but y'all do remember Buffalo basically traded Kane for absolutely nothing, right? Yeah, ROR has term and all that, but Botterill hasn't proven to anyone that he can get more.

Honestly, this is something Jason Botterill would probably do. Think about who the Sabres GM is before you hate on this concept, cos this is honestly, probably pretty accurate.

I'll give you 4 stars GMTD, for putting together a trade Botterill would realistically make...not because it's the right price, but because I don't believe he knows how to handle his position and certainly hasn't proven it yet.

Dubinsky is actually negative value in this trade so ya it would take a fair amount more.
