U can trade Ferland and get a pick. That way u wont have him to worry about. I doubt Calgary would make that extreme of a condition (maybe 30 points?). I think Evander should stay in SJ.

I agree Kane could stay in San Jose. If he does I can see Calgary trying to spend a bit more to bring in van Riemsdyk.

I appreciate the desire to get something for nothing in the Toronto deal but let's call a spade a spade. The Leafs are no longer giving up prime assets for borderline nhl depth players...and non existent ahl players.

Look at Stone he has 7 points this season in 76 games. Making 3.5m, he's now a cap dump. Leafs have plenty of 6th/7th Dmen making a lot less money. Kapanen 7 NHL goals in 32 games. Maybe earlier in year Stone might have been an attractive trade, not now.
