Description
Getting JVR brings back how effective the Panarin-Anisimov-Kane line was, Panarin, Kane the skilled guys that get the puck to the net. Anismov the big man who sits in front of the net and screens. Now it will be Schmaltz Kane skilledt guys to get the puck to the net. JVR big body to sit in front of the net. Obviously Panarin is better than Schmaltz but presence of JVR who brings more to the table than just sitting in front of the net would help create an incredibly dangerous line.

Ryan Murray makes hawks top 4 stronger good defensive player who is great at moving the puck out of the zone. CBJ adds an experienced center who plays great with Panarin. however it seems like the hawks should add another piece I just don't know what that should be. Maybe Duclair?

Strome would be fantastic for the hawks playing next to debrincat might ignite his NHL scoring a bit more. The value might be off but AZ gets two B level prospects one defender one winger, an effective top 6, top 7 defense man an AHL center who could be an effective 4th liner soon or go higher and a 1st round pick. For a player who has dropped in value since being drafted. It might not work but I feel it is a more interesting move then what is being proposed right now.

That's too much for Vinnie Hinno. If that's the price, take a pass on him. He's not worth more then $1.5M on a 1 or 2 year bridge. I think that is also a little much for Ryan Murray, maybe $3.75M is more appropriate. What are you doing with the rights you gained from AZ?

If the return was for a 30 year then ya no way hawks trade their Nsh pick. But getting a 21 year old center who very well could make an impact next year i think its worth then. More likely then not whoever hawks draft with the Nsh pick won't be ready for another 2 3 years.

We already have a center who plays well with Panarin; his name is Pierre-Luc Dubois. Anisimov manages to be of some interest regardless, but it has to be pretty close to cap neutral for us (because of the need to resign Panarin/Bobrovsky/Werenski the offseason after next). If we can sign Murray for less than what you suggest here, then that trade probably doesn't work out unless y'all retain.
