I guess if Botterill had to catch an early flight out of Dallas he would be really happy to make this trade. laugh

I suppose Stanley is a decent prospect, Petan may get better and maybe Botterill could retain some of Perreault's and flip him at the trading dead line. I guess this may work out.
Stanley = 2nd
Petan = 4th
Perreault >>>>> 5th.

I view it as Borgen has a slight edge on Stanley, 4th round is a low ball for Petan, and Perrault is about worth your 2nd and a 5th.

Thank you very much for commenting, I now understand how you developed this trade.
I completely agree that Perreault is worth a 2nd and 5th.
OK then Petan is worth more than a 4th and I agree. I should have made that Petan >> 4th
I did not include Will Borgen in the evaluation because well read it all here https://dobberprospects.com/will-borgen/
Stanley on the other hand was taken right where he should have been https://www.draftsite.com/nhl/player/logan-stanley/23881/ and is a behemoth 6'7" 231 lbs
I will steal part of your trade Borgen for Stanley. OK?

Jets have a ton of depth at LHD and not much at RHD. Borgen plays a similar game to Stanley. I'd take Borgen ahead of Stanley only because he's older and has had more exposure to higher competition. You can definitely chalk part of my evaluation up to me just really liking NCAA dmen. If the Bots offered Borgen for Stanley straight up, I think the jets would and should take it.
