    Thats what people dont understand. They say the Leafs have to move Nylander or Marner, but in reality its a toss up between Kapanen and Brown.

    Yeah you should wait and let the team win something before you talk trash to Islander fans. Leafs first round exits aren't anything to be proud of

    look at the long term outlook. you have 9 players to sign the year after the team you posted and you have probably 19 million dollars to do it. then the year after that, you have likely 30-35 million to sign 15 players.

    if you dont trade one of the higher salary guys, you will have replacement level players making up more than half the roster
