Description
Roster as of today (July 2,2018), considering that Army resigns all the RFA's. After the signings, the Blues will be right up at the cap ceiling imo.
I believe O'Reilly, having average NHL speed at best, will start on the second line alongside Steen and Perron. If Steens offensive skills continue to diminish, and Fabbri can stay healthy and catch back up to the NHL game after missing all that time, look for him to work his way up the lineup and take Steeners place.

Also wanted to add more on the description: While I believe Thomas is good enough to be on the Blues, I think he will only play 9 games at the NHL level before the Blues return him to the OHL, thus saving his rookie season till next year. (To much depth at center for him to stay) I do not believe Army will trade Gunnarson as he actually had a decent year last year, and is a good team player who can place in and out with Bortuzzo. I actually believe Vince Dunn will not have a Sophomore slump, and will move up once Jay Bo suffers another hip injury ( look for him to contribute on the PP.) No reason to separate Schenn, Schwartz, and Tara. Kyrou should start in AHL.

Unless THomas plays terribly, he'll play a whole rookie season. I mean, Armstrong suggested moving the best face off guy in the league to the wing so Thomas can center ROR and Tarasenko. That shows how highly the Blues think of him.

Man, I hope you are right and he is NHL ready for an entire season. I just dont see him centering O'Reilly when Ryan wins faceoffs like crazy. 59.9% last year.
